How long does it take to receive my online photo album?

Your online photo album will be available within 24 hours of your event, ready for instant download.

What is included in the candy floss machine hire package?
  • Self-Hire: The package typically includes the candy floss machine, necessary supplies (sugar and sticks), and an instruction manual for operation.
  • With Attendant: Includes the machine, supplies, and a professional attendant to operate the machine and serve guests during the event.
How many servings can the machine produce per hour?

On average, a candy floss machine can produce approximately 100 servings per hour, depending on the operator’s proficiency.

Are different flavors or colors of candy floss available?

Yes, various flavors and colors are available. It’s advisable to discuss your preferences with the hire company in advance to ensure availability

Can the candy floss machine be used outdoors?

Yes, it can be used outdoors; however, it must be placed under suitable cover to protect it from weather elements
